Focus On Life - Week 3, Take Time

I have to say that I am really enjoying Sally Russicks focus on life challenge.  I like the idea of something new each week and you never know what it will be so it is a surprise.

This week we were asked to take a few moments for ourself without feeling guilty.  The easiest way for me to do that is to go in the bath (where I can spend hours) without the ipad.

I decided to use my gorgeous face mask from lush - catastrophe comestic; filled with blueberries.

So here I am in peace:

  7. Love the rubber duckie next to your toes! This was how I took time for myself when the kids were little. Back when my knees would let me get in and out of the tub. I miss my bubble baths!

  8. very nice! I can't handle entering LUSH I'm just too sensitive to scents to go anywhere near the place. I love bath water waaay too hot on the rare occasion that I bathe my daughter (that's dada's domain) I have to remind myself constantly to not make it hot.

  10. I love a nice tub bath, it really does help you relax. We have the original claw footed tub in our house and it's so much bigger than the modern ones and the cast iron keeps the water hot for much longer. I chuckled when I saw the tub toys on the side. Mine looked like that when my kids were young and again now that the grandkids arrived I have them again.
